Oriental Buttercream Flowers with Chef Calvin Mark (2 days)

Oriental Buttercream Flowers course introduces you to 10 varieties of life-size buttercream flowers. Participants will be introduced to two mediums of icing:
- Oriental Buttercream
- Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Participants will learn how to coat and stack dummy cakes and finish the cake with a rustic finish. You will also learn how to coat your cake board with buttercream to make it look like a smooth fondant finish.
