Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments

Online payments on this website are processed securely by Razorpay. For weekend classes and masterclasses the full listed fee is collected at booking. For long-format courses, the amount collected online is a registration deposit; the remaining course fee is payable separately as advised by our admissions team.

Cancellations by you

Bookings for weekend classes and masterclasses can be cancelled up to 7 days before the class date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the class date are not refundable, but we will do our best to move your booking to a later session of the same class, subject to availability.

Course registration deposits are refundable only if your application is not accepted, or if you withdraw in writing before receiving an offer of admission.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel or reschedule a class and the new date does not work for you, you receive a full refund of what you paid online — no questions asked.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 working days. Keep the payment reference shown on your booking confirmation — it lets us locate your payment immediately.
